This looks delicious but I would worry that the ground beef would still be pink in the middle. I am going to try this with already cooked seasoned beef, and instead of parsley I'll add cilantro. I'll also add a slice of mexican cheese before folding it. I'll fry in a mixture of butter and olive oil, but not too much. The meat will already be cooked so all I need to do is saute the tortilla on both sides till brown. Thanks so much for the idea!

In chebureks, the main thing is juice, so it is necessary to add water or broth to the ground meat, and the cheburek itself must be hermetically sealed.

The best way to mix anything in something like this is to mix your egg, dry ingredients and wet ingredients together first in a separate bowl and then into ground beef I found out over the years. Ingredients get distributed more evenly that way. I also mix it into the ground beef on a flat surface like a plate or cutting board or mat. It's soooo much easier and faster and easier on your hands and wrist and less work.

I don't think this recipe is a good idea. Meat need to be cooked more then the tortilla. If she covered the meat with the tortilla only the tortilla is cooked meat still raw inside. I will cooked the meat more then half separate then I will fold it with the tortilla and finish it like she did.

5 minutes on each side should cook it all the way.

I disagree, try hamburger without tortilla and you will se that 5 min on both sides does not cook it through @realteabaggins

Looks like something super easy to make for meal prepping. Alongside some vegetables, salad or rice, and maybe a nice cold dipping sauce like an aioli or ranch.
