I love how the pork is cooked until the flesh falls of the bones before being cooked to make it crispy. It reminds me "crispy pata" from a famous restaurant often visited by family and friends during a celebration, though the roast chicken of the said restaurant made it famous, it is the "crispy pata" of the said restaurant that drinkers loved because it is crispy on the outside by juicy on the inside. This will be a great dish to share during festivities with family and friends.

Um die Soße anzudicken drücke ich das Gemüse vom Kochen durch ein Sieb und rühre es wieder in die Soße damit sie schön abbindet. Der Geschmack ist einfach hervorragend!
