Adding black pepper to juice with turmeric is a great idea if you want to increase the absorption of turmeric's active compound, curcumin. Black pepper contains a compound called piperine, which can enhance the bioavailability of curcumin by up to 2,000%. This means that when you consume turmeric with black pepper, your body can absorb more curcumin, which can lead to greater health benefits.

I have multiple autoimmune disorders, but, ME/CFS is by far the most debilitating. I do lots of citrus, ginger and turmeric however, and it helps plenty. Now, I’ve added 5 types of magnesium and it’s been the icing on the cake. Finally getting my vitality back. These ingredients, plus black & cayenne pepper, are important anti-microbials, anti-inflammatories, they even have anti-biotic properties amongst other qualities. There are a few more, like garlic or cabbage, but they all synthesize better with the magnesium. I take the following: A very little amount of: 1. Aspartate 2. Lactate 3. Citrate 4. Oxide 5. Malate Trihydrate Never in excess. Less is more.

My mother in law never looks old she's now 88 years old without any wrinkles, she gave birth to 9 children yet she gets up very early to work in the garden she believes early morning air is fresh and so has healing properties so she eats breakfast after working then read a magazine or any interesting book without reading glasses 👓 but her son my husband can't read without them. She'll take a walk in the afternoon come back, bath then eat supper between 7 and 8 o clock watch a bit of television and sleep, that's her daily routine. She's very active can climb stairs without stopping in the middle, she eats little, always happy and jovial chasing grandchildren around and is rarely sick. So I asked her that mom I also want to age gracefully like you what's should I do? She said a week should not go without eating boiled okra mixed with cooking soda(ladies finger in English). But I also took note of her daily routine. I really admire how active she is and the way she looks much younger than her age. Her husband lived upto 72 years old he used to drink and smoke a lot.

I make a smoothie every day with the same ingredients and more, one apple, banana, 5 baby carrots, spinach, half a cup of cherries, blueberries, and strawberries, also I add powder plant protein, antitoxin, vitamin and minerals then pour in enough apple juice to cover everything, blend. Taste great! I put it in a container that keeps it cold and drink it throughout the day. I drink manly water, eat mostly raw food and very, very little meat like chicken and fish. I am going to be 69 in July, I work a job at least 6 hours deliver items, jump in and out of my car, walk up and down stairs, regardless rain, cold or whatever, engage in conversation and smile a lot! I'm never sick, no senior aliments, just live life the best I can and always help those in need. No processed food, organic clean and healthy lifestyle! I think positive, stay away from drama as much as possible, I also meditate and pray. Life is good if you make it that way no excuses, no pity parties, keep a mild temperament. Life was given so, we can and should enjoy it. Tomorrow is not promised to us so, you better live each day like it's your last, seriously! Oh btw I forgot the apple cider vinegar with mother in it I also add that!

My energy setting feels like turbo when I get to work, and I don't catch any of the colds and viruses going around. I'm sure this is why. At night have since raw organic garlic too. Cut it, leave it to sit for 10mins then neck it. If there's a lot of sickness at work then I salt water gargle. Keep your D3 level high always. This makes you bulletproof! Oh and I'm bad at it, but get your sleep! Great vid, thanks

Absolutely true I had inflamed joints for decades. They'd flare up and it lasted weeks. I took ibuprofen on the doctors advice and developed an ulcer. I took things into my own hands. Researched anti inflammatorys and had ginger tea bags and chili flakes...the only 2 of the suggestions that I had. I made a tea and it worked instantly. It worked for my sister too. I take turmeric every day now too. Ive been pain free around five years. And haven't touched ibuprofen. Nor have I been back to the doctors. I do a bicarb and salt, nasal rinse/ irrigation because of a sinus thing. I think this keeps illness at bay too.(nasal rinsing isn't as bad as it sounds. Its actually pleasant as long as you put salt in. This stops the water burning. I watched videos of new born babies having it done. It didn't bother them, so I tried it. One teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda a teaspoon of salt dissolved in a pint of boiled water ..use it warm is best) up one nostril and down the other. I just scoop it from a bowl. Or You can use a 'neti pot' It changed my life. If you have sinus problems try it...look at videos first

I last had a cold exactly 60 years ago aged 12. I had bronchitis aged 16 but our Italian neighbour said 'raw garlic before bedtime to fumigate your body while you sleep.' He took me to a Polish Club in our small town as the shops in those days did not have garlic. Not been ill since BUT I do have macular degeneration which runs in the family BUT this fantastic recipe is on my list for today. Brilliant and thank you 🙂

We learned about raw garlic and its health benefits last year. We aim to eat some raw garlic everyday. And of course we like cooking with garlic. We even decided to plant some. We'll see how they turn out. Thanks for your testimony to the benefits of raw garlic.

@@saimaali5051 Hello Saima - you just broke my heart. I am just an ordinary man that has self-diagnosed all my life. I don't want the help of doctors until I have no other option. Perhaps try my 'cure' and swallow a clove of garlic - grated finely into water and swallower before you go to be. It is repulsive, and I need something to eat afterwards to stop me vomiting, but it got rid of two episodes during the Covid lockdown. I wish you well and feel very privalidged that you asked me a question. Than you and I wish you every health and happiness 🙂

Ginger is really the natural remedy used for nausea and even vertigo. I remember my grandpa chewing raw ginger every single time he travelled on long routes to avoid car sickness. I didn't believe it at first, but when I tried it when I was a kid, I was greatly surprised I didn't feel dizzy or nauseous.

@@CeridwenHafMorys Fresh ginger! it peels real easy if you use a spoon. I would eat the size of about a half a grape. Its spicy so i would take a sip of water, toss the ginger in chew it up and wash it down. It helped me tremendously. I had an appetite the whole time I went through chemo. I still use ginger to this day. I eat ginger and garlic raw and have not been sick in a long time.

translated Russian to English: Thanks for the reminders of the benefits of ginger. It is a pity that we hope for a pill when the Creator created so many plants that have all the vitamins and microelements for our health. But no matter how hard we try to prolong youth, we still grow old and die. It will not always be so. God will take care of people. It is written: "... for the days of my people will be like the days of a tree, and my chosen ones will long use the work of their hands.

Is there anything stopping us from chopping everything up and just putting it in the blender with the water. Then when we strain it at the end everything will get caught in the strainer? Both orange peel and lemon peel are good for us so would it be ok to put in the blender? Lastly, is there anything bad on the skin of ginger? If not, do we have to peel it?

Looking forward to giving this recipe a try. To get the most juice out of your citrus put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, be careful to slice it over a bowl because the juice will be everywhere! You also can hand roll it on the counter to loosen up the inside to get more juice. Or thinly slice the citrus and through it in the blender. Use organic fruit if possible.

Yes! Microwave does get those juices going. I always think to steer away from the microwave when making fresh, nutritious juices though. Also, don't forget to add the freshly grounded black pepper to get all the goodness out of the turmeric.

You might want to re-think that in the future. Microwaving can destroy good enzymes and anything else in the fruit that will help your body. Since microwaves causes water molecules in food to vibrate rapidly until heat is produced, this is what can cause the destruction of nutrients

My father brought us up on cod liver oil because he did not take fish. It did us good; തിച്ച് hair, glowing skin etc but of the five of us only I became sensitive in the sense that I easily caught the common cold. It's only years later that I overcame that sensitivity. So those who are prone to allegies can give it a break, I think. This is my experience.
