Village kids being healthy has a lot to do with diet and being active and lack of money to eat rich unhealthy foods. You can still get kids in the village who are not traditional and are obese because they can afford calorie rich foods.

If I can wear shoes the whole day I will remove them and walk especially where there was concrete it was soothing I knew there was a benefit. Now that I wear shoes the whole day have less chance to walk barefoot I feel burning sensation on my soles when lying on bed to rest at night. Thanks for sharing.

I believe in this. The science in foot reflexology tells it all.Different parts of our feet are linked to various parts of our body. That is why I do walk workouts for 15 minutes every day though my shoes are on but the fact that my feet are hitting the ground actively for the 15 minutes is reassuring and I believe is what partly keeps me healthy...🤔

In the past the clothes we are wearing weren't there either...how about he walks wearing sheep skin. I work in healthcare, and I feel for the many people who have diabetes, and other peripheral illnesses that might risk their own health following this misleading doctor.

@@frankrurua9927 exactly!!! This thing was popularized by Californian hippies and now it is catching on. One thing people have to know is that the standards for being a chiropractor or a dentist are not as strict as say... A chest or Neuro specialist. The therapeutic effects are mostly placebo. Even in physics, we don't ground something because we want to charge it... But to neutralize charge. Any high schooler knows this.

Am a cupping therapist and I tell people the same bare foot is more healthier than shoes n sleepers on.. My reasons lies under reflexology.. When I do people reflexology I will know the exact inner problem in internal body organs...thus walking on foot will detect the same... Second reason is nerves all are triggered.. N reduces risk of stroke... Etc and if anyone fears stepping on ground I sell them reflexology shoes that works just like ground stepping.

Stop misleading people. A little knowledge is always dangerous. Yes, going barefoot is beneficial, just like taking a shower and scrubbing with a sponge is - but you do not spend 24 hours 365 days in the shower scrubbing with a sponge!!! Poor "doctor", am sorry for your employees. By the way, i will be going to Mount Kenya soon, all the way up, via Naro Moru route. I will have proper shoes for protection. Let us see you there and your barefeet going to Point Lenana.
