He may sound crazy but he's right & has a point.. Look at how healthy the kids in the villages are, OK we all believe they are poor and suffering, but they get the last laugh in their adulthood. While the top notch are spending millions on treatment they are busy going bout their natural healthy lively hood .so let's not brush off this wise doctor..

Village kids being healthy has a lot to do with diet and being active and lack of money to eat rich unhealthy foods. You can still get kids in the village who are not traditional and are obese because they can afford calorie rich foods.

I love walking bare foot from primary to varsity it was like a hobby . If I can wear shoes the whole day I will remove them and walk especially where there was concrete it was soothing I knew there was a benefit. Now that I wear shoes the whole day have less chance to walk barefoot I feel burning sensation on my soles when lying on bed to rest at night. Thanks for sharing.

@@Akama0927 we used to walk barefeet and i tell you, , it developed a hard dark sole and cracks. Cracks never missed, some had more while others late. Huyu naye his soles look like he has been secretly putting shoes. You can imagine walking at Wakulima market in Nairobi bare feet, but coming out with very clean feet. Lol..

I believe in this.The science in foot reflexology tells it all.Different parts of our feet are linked to various parts of our body.That is why I do walk workouts for 15 minutes every day though my shoes are on but the fact that my feet are hitting the ground actively for the 15 minutes is reassuring and I believe is what partly keeps me healthy...🤔

In the past the clothes we are wearing weren't there either...how about he walks wearing sheep skin. One thing people have to know is that the standards for being a chiropractor or a dentist are not as strict as say... A chest or Neuro specialist. The therapeutic effects are mostly placebo. Even in physics, we don't ground something because we want to charge it... But to neutralize charge. Any high schooler knows this.

Am a cupping therapist and I tell people the same bare foot is more healthier than shoes n sleepers on.. My reasons lies under reflexology.. When I do people reflexology I will know the exact inner problem in internal body organs...thus walking on foot will detect the same... Second reason is nerves all are triggered.. N reduces risk of stroke... Etc and if anyone fears stepping on ground I sell them reflexology shoes that works just like ground stepping.

I agree with it ..my child nerves and muscles had to be triggered by walking on the sand after loosing all his senses after a illness ...and at first I couldn't understand his therapist from Aghakhan dar es salaam called Ayesha after months of therapy I tried walking and scrubbing his foot with sand yes ..the legs sensitivity is normal now and he can even walk ...I thank God... A person with stroke is also advised the same

Stop misleading people. A little knowledge is always dangerous. Yes, going barefoot is beneficial, just like taking a shower and scrubbing with a sponge is - but you do not spend 24 hours 365 days in the shower scrubbing with a sponge!!! Poor "doctor", am sorry for your employees. By the way, i will be going to Mount Kenya soon, all the way up, via Naro Moru route. I will have proper shoes for protection.
