How does Nickelodeon make a movie that significantly features a cartoon made by people that aren't Nickelodeon? They could've easily made that subplot about Paw Patrol or whatever the kids are into these days, yet they intentionally threw themselves into what had to have been a legal nightmare. I would say the Celestia moment thing is a double reference as early on in MLP;FIM Princess Celestia had in the fandom gotten a fanon about her being a Goddesses in Equestria and the cartoon even has phrases like ''By Celestia '' Celestia as my witness'' among other phrases that hammered the concept into the fandom with each new phrase brought on
