I Hit Rank 1 LEGEND in Street Fighter 6

With the new ranked season, SF6 dropped a new rank to achieve. If you are in the top 500 ranked Master players in the game, then you will get Legend rank. I decided to grind right at the start with my Juri to see if I could speedrun my way to the top.
Street Fighter 6, the next game in the iconic series, will release in 2023! Take part in the Fighting Ground, which focuses on the classic fighting game experience with modes from previous games in the series. Two new modes will be available alongside: World Tour, an immersive single-player story experience, and Battle Hub, which will further expand the scope of player communication and engagement. Anyone got tips on how I can improve my pressure in the corner as Juri? People seem to break free from me too easily. I'll be taking notes from this video for sure but any help is appreciated! Also congrats on #6 Neph!

Try to land a throw in the corner because you get a guaranteed dash afterwards. After dash you can either go for throw again, jump to throw bait the opponent and I think air mp is the only button that will reach if you bate properly. And finally you could guess that they will mash and hit them with a meaty stand mp which gives you a full counter hit combo. Finally always be ready to crosscut them if you see them jump out of the corner post dash. I know that was loads of info sorry 😂 hope this helps :)

To cross cut DP you want to press forward before they jump over your head then after they have crossed you QCB MP. You should go to training mode and set all reversal options (hit, block and knockdown) to stand LP or LK(which ever is a 4 frame), then set your 2nd option as "Do Nothing", put your dummy to block all or block after being hit. You can use these settings to practice your frame traps and block string pressure, mess around and see where your opponent can mash on your pressure and use that information to tighten things up. For example I like to do ST MP then ST LK, regardless of it it hits or not im at a decent advantage. If it hits I can confirm, if its blocked then im spaced out at -2, at this point I tend to prefer hitting either ST HP or CR MP depending on which one counter pokes they're mashing better. Then I cancel that into the fire ball, so ST MP-> ST LK-> ST HP->Fire ball as blockstring pressure, if they get hit by ST HP into fireball you are at the perfect range and frame advantage to follow up with CR MP or CR MK, if its blocked then the fireball is spaced out to where you are at frame advantage and you can still just press CR MP. I hope this all made sense and I hope this helps lmao

There are Street Fighter 6 players and then there are Legends Nephew has joined the "Legends" group The highest example of "Test your might" I may play more Street Fighter 6...but I will still be a Street Fighter 6 and now Mortal Kombat player does not change the fact that Nephew has transcended that category.
