"there's no way i see every little bit of it" well yeah there is. It's not that wild doing a thorough playthrough exploring every place, like a playthrough doesn't have to end in 10 hours, 7 of my playthroughs ive explored extremely thoroughly collecting every item and fighting eveye nemy (only my first one i was blind so i missed like 3-4 small dungeons and some night time bosses) and just my last 8-th playthrough when doing shield only decided to go faster, still did all 165 bosses, just didn't explore all else.

... That's the point of VODs, they're mostly uncut reuploads of Twitch streams. He has an editor that edits videos for his main channel, and he's pretty good. He cut down a 17-hour-long Dark souls III randomizer stream down to an hour, and it's surprisingly seamless.
