I installed the Arrow exhaust on my Ducati Streetfighter V4S!!!

I think you installed the rear bolt clip, the one behind the rear set on right side , back to front. The bolt should pass through the clip and screw into the other side and clamp, not with the thread closest to you. Turn clip around other way. I could be wrong but it just looks incorrect. I’d also be putting an extra washer on before the nut on those bolts too.

Sounds good man. With all that extra power from the slip-on/upmap you should do some roll races against some liter bikes. I'm actually curious to see how well it will perform win or lose. 👍

The stock exhaust revving from idle isn’t a great comparison. The bike only runs on 2 cylinders when it’s in neutral. When it’s in gear, I think even the stock exhaust sounds pretty mean.

It is fair comparison as the stock exhaust was in neutral and so was the Arrow exhaust when I revved it. Yeah the stock exhaust sounds nice but it does not compare to the sound of the Arrow exhaust in person whether it is in gear or not.

I have the same bike/exhaust, I found the noise unbearable with the DB killers removed and ended up putting them back in. Have you tried the mtorque map? Is it worth it? I’m running the performance map right now.

Yes it is very loud without the DB killers and or without earplugs. Yes I tried the mtorque tune and there's a small difference in gears 3-5 but I noticed that it burned more gas than the base tune. I had to fill a lot more with the mtorque.

It doesnt come as a package. You'd have to buy it separately. However i literally just ordered mine today and I was lucky to find it to come as a package with the t800 Upmap which i paid extra for.

I bought the exhaust and added the UpMap to my order. I ordered it from Motomillion, there is a drop down box for you to add the Upmap onto the order.

@@FastV4 It took sometime to get the DB killers out. You have to use a lot of force to get them out but they will eventually come out.

It took me about an hour to complete the project but I was also recording it which adds sometime to it. The hardest part was removing the stock exhaust. That took me about 25-30 minutes. Installing the Arrow exhaust was kinda easy. The hardest part was ensuring that I installed the screws in the correct spot.

Did it throw a check engine light starting it up without being tuned?

No it actually did not through a engine code but I did not have it started that long without the tune.

Just got my bike back and the map they used should of been the arrow map with DB killer…think it be a issue taking the DB killers out while keeping that map?…hate to pay more to reflash the ECU map…i seem arrow has a map for without DB killers…

I think that the bike may not run right due to more air flowing through the system that the tune/ecu is not recognizing. Did you use the "free" code on the Upmap app?

My Ducati dealer said for this bike it has basically like a smart computer so it will recognize the change when using the Arrow exhaust and adjust everything to have the bike running right without purchasing a Map…you hear anything like this?…

Yeah, I heard something similar about the computer. However, I then heard the complete opposite. In personal experience, I think the bike will run sluggish without the tune. Also, the tune really smoothed out the throttle as it feels so much better compared to stock.

@@minusx31 It does crackle and pop when you upshift and downshift using the quick shifter. But it wouldn't say that it does it a lot though. I've been trying to get it to shoot flames. I was able to get it to do that on the first start up after installing the exhaust but haven't since.

@@d.magnus425 When i'm rolling to a stop letting the RPM's drop on there own its some rumbles the stock exhaust makes on Sport mode...what does that sound like when rolling to a stop letting the RPM's drop?...or it ONLY crackles and pops when you acting hit the shifter?...

Yup it has browned to the almost to the same color has the engine case and oil pan. Looks cool. I didn't want the titanium mid pipe because of that reason.

unfortunately there is only the legal Akrapovic for the V4. In Germany and in general in Europe all the silencers from Arrow, Mivv, ... are illegal on the road and if you get caught with them you will almost go to jail ^^ (so no joke you really shouldn't do that here)

Yeah I use to live in Germany for a few years. The police never bothered me about my straight piped Harley that I had when I was there. However, the guy at the Harley dealership warned me that they are starting to crack down on exhaust and engine modifications in Europe.

I do not like the look of the SC-Project. Unless it is the undertail exhaust you are referring to? Other than that I think the others hide the single sided swing arm.
