I found your KZbin yesterday after seeing you around on Instagram and you’ve become one of my favourite creators already. I remember when my anxiety was worst I did the same thing, avoiding going out and being around other people. Some days I still have those days where I know I can’t go out, but over the last 3 or 4 years I made myself go out more and it means I just get so much more out of life. I feel like if we had more people like you around being really open and candid about mental Health and real life it would make it so much easier for people to start and get out and recover. I had to do so much on my own for lack of support and visibility from people like us. Thank you for being you and being honest!

Hi! I just discovered your channel a few days ago but you become one of my favorite booktubers simply because you are "real". You're not talking only about books but about other topics too and I love it. And I really appreciate that you're spreading mental health awareness because it's something important to speak about, to show people that is normal to talk about that. Something that helps me with the giant books is - if you have access - audiobooking as well. I recently finished Sword Catcher by Cassandra Clare and for some of the middle sections I had the audiobook playing whilst I was doing something else and "got through" a couple hundred pages easily which helped it feel sooo much less overwhelming! Also I love Bones the TV show and would recommend it! :) I haven't read the books yet but I think they're loosely related (similar characters) and sort of inspired by etc. Not like some of the other police procedural shows where the series is literally one of the books!

Thank you for explaining that everyone one is different and for some anti depressants are the right thing.
