It's funny - I actually never looked in the back yard when I offered to do the job. HOLY COW was I surprised when I first went back there...AND realized I had to push-mow it. It was hay for sure!

There was a video series called "Unsellables" that mentioned several topics. On exterior presentation a few were: 1) The first few seconds of seeing a house makes the difference on whether someone will stop or look. 2) It should be repaired and neat and hopefully with an accent. 3) People want a house they can walk into, not repair. So, your work was vital in potentially helping with a sale. The sense of order and neatness gets through and the detailing made it sharp.

❤ Hey BUDDY, Great job on that WILD YARD of GRASS BUILDUP, OH, Love the shirt 👕👕 attire, pretty funny 🤣😂🤣 , I would say to whoever did or is purchasing that house 🏠🏡 or yard, whatever, , I would do ONE of 2 things, either get a 35 inch cut I think riding mower that fits through the gate OR Make SURE and RESET the Gateway so you could get a Bigger Riding Mower into that backyard, even when it's under control, that's a pretty Sizable Yard to push mow, that's just my own opinion, but if you want to get it done faster and also that grass looks pretty thick and healthy, just depends on the person, but I wouldn't want to push mow it 🤣😂🤣. , anywho, turned out AWESOME ❤ CYA SOON NEXT TIME, BE SAFE and OFCOURSE KEEP CUTTIN IT UPPPPP BROTHER 🔥🔥🚜✌️👍🌞☀️😎

Actually it looks like the homeowner really did maintain that yard, the grass and landscaping are very nice! Just needed you to swoop in and bring it back to it's former condition! Very nice of you to transform it for the neighbors and new homeowners! That looked like very hard physical labor pushing that mower in that big yard! Four times!! And you raked up the clippings! Hope you get some compensation for such a huge effort! Bravo to you!!

I'd like to suggest something that I've seen on other mowing channels that would have saved you with all the work you put into this back yard. When your mower doesn’t fit through the gate, what I've seen other guys do is go to the chain link beside the gate, undo the 3 bolts to the section of chain link, push their mower underneath, do their mowing & when they're done just put the 3 bolts back on, & ta da you're done. Would save time & the wear & tear on your body. Great job! ❤

I'm willing to bet that the realtor's lawn company didn't do the yard 'cuz they couldn't use a riding mower. You've done the homeowner a real favour - to me an unkempt yard speaks to the condition of the house itself. Prospective buyers would see that and drive on past. Massive job not many would take that on , just a tip if you put a Taup on vehicle base or trailer then load grass , it’s much easier to pull taup and grass off in one go and leave vehicle tray clean

I've been wondering before, but after watching this video, I just had to ask. Do you ever save any of the grass clippings or leaves for a compost bin at your house? It would be good fertilizer for your raised garden that you have, as well as any landscaping stuff you would plant around the house. Just a thought

It's a good thought. No I don't keep any of it. I suspect I'll have more than enough just from my yard. I've started a pile on the ground from many of my squash rotting, so I may have to look into a compost bin. My wife wants one too.
