A little advice from an old bow hunter. If you’re getting busted a lot try covering your face with a mask or facepaint(just make sure you practice with the mask on before hunting). Also, especially in prime time stay standing so you can get your feet set for the shot and have minimal movement on the draw. When you have shot placement like that one be sure to be out there at dawn to beat the buzzards. Good luck

I also like to take a young doe with a bow. The meat is just alittle more tender and better tasting. We all make a bad shot from time to time, practice and persistence always pays off. Good luck in the future.. Hope you shoot a giant one day.. One word of advice... Don't ever educate a buck to your position. It will remember that guaranteed..

You can in Ohio, but I don't know why you would, there isn't much meat on a fawn. I've shot a couple button bucks thinking they were does, but other than that, it doesn't make sense to shoot a fawn.
