Tia placed 2nd in the 2017 regional behind Kara. So that was the last time she was beat in live competition, not the 2016 Games

You made this entertaining and informative to the point where: Horvath will not want to give up the throne, Lawson wanting to start a legacy, and Toomey looking to make her return.

In my opinion Laura and Emma is still getting better and Tia needs to get back to the level where she was earlier.Potencially no swimming and long running outside.I think it will be very close.I will be definetly cheering for Laura and can't wait for watch this. Also don't forget about Gabi, Alex & Alexis etc..This will be so cool.

Great video. I was going to recommend a video of Laura's performance in 2023 were everything fell in line for here to win, but you said it at the end. There was too much pushing/pulling heavy weights at the end. Emma was a more rounded athlete. If Emma had a little more strength it would have been another 2 place for Laura. This is why I agree with the conclusion of your video. Best crossfit analysis.

You forgot to mention that this year Emma is JUST training. Last year she was still in high school and could only train part time. She has no distractions this year.

The problem with this analysis is that it is based on inductive reasoning. There is no logical necessity that what happened yesterday will happen tomorrow.
