Loved this video! Do you have any advice on how to stop calorie counting? I feel like for me to find food freedom I need to stop seeing food as numbers but it’s so hard when I’ve been tracking for so long :/ thank you for inspiring me to heal my relationship with food and exercise💗

Your not alone, I really feel a calling to stop tracking calories & macros and just eat freely and start listening to my body. I find it so exhausting to weigh everything and not be able to join in with others or be more spontaneous. I hate it! But I just don’t know where to start if I were to stop, it’s weird as I feel so lost around nutrition but I really am determined to stop soon, just need some guidance as to how. Sending you lots of encouragement, belief & strength that you & we will overcome this xx

Big dollop of biscoff, that was a tiny spoon! If you're too sick to run, would you recommend weights instead? Isn't that also a stress on your body?

weights are actually more stress! if you aren't eating enough to rebuild the microtears from weightlifting, you risk muscle atrophy
