Maybe challenge and document a complete rest week. I struggle with not allowing myself to rest but it would be inspiring to see that not just a day but complete week of rest is ok and good for tou

That is a great one…. When I exercise like crazy, I am able to eat more. But it’s a thousand times harder if I’m not exercising

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! It's so normalised for people to just say "I'm gonna loose a few kg" for the sake of it, which is so silly. It should be just as normalised to have a weight gain goal just to be your best self, and because you can. Sending all my love.

Hi! For a challenge idea, I think trying different food environments (like getting a meal at a restaurant you haven’t been to before) would be a good one. Love the content and appreciate you being open about your journey!
