I am going through the same process now. I was 210 lbs. Now I am 170 lbs. I'm in the gym every day. I am still working on getting on my back leg though. Keep up the good work.

Congrats! Very inspiring. I am in the middle of doing the same, trying to go from 210 to 165, am at 185 right now. For everyone that wants to lose weight, cut out the alcohol. Second, cut the carbs.

I don't really agree with this one, I mean look at Calvin Heimburg, he's a toothpick and throws 500 ft. I don't think your body size matters to this extreme. Eagle is another example and so is Gannon. Unless this video is just for overweight people...than my bad.
