It also help to put your favourite song as your alarm sound! I do this and because I'm doing ballet and I love dance I just start dancing around and don't want to go to sleep again! But I don't know if it'll surely work! You can try to put your phone away so when your alarm rings you have to get up. Then make your bed and you wont want to go back to bed because you'll ruin it! These tips have worked for me I hope for you too have a nice day💛
