Hey Eric - happy birthday , I'm 45 and I just went from 91kg to 72kg since April. It's annoying but this is my third time over the past 15 years having to cut weight. No alcohol, no sugars (all those sneaky ones also!), no processed foods, introduce intermittent fasting and bingo, it will happen. Took me 6-8 months. best of luck for the next 40

40 more? 😅 ooof. Thanks for the advice, I definitely can get there. I’ve gone up and down a lot too. 2023 when I was boxing a lot I was down to 78kg. But got distracted by many things. Should be able to focus more now I hope. 🤞

How long will you be around? You are smart to hit up Yunnan... first time in China a little sad you can't make it to Shanghai but there is always next time... Make sure if you like hiking at all to trek up from Shaxi to the ancient temples in the hills and see the monkeys and all that. Dali.. also if you like hiking you can do a decently tough day hike from the old town up to Cangshan, or you can just take the cable cars/chair lift things... umm..also in Yunnan make sure to eat some erkuai preferably fried...炒二块 just copy and paste that. Get it spicy. What else what else...? Say hi at NIO day if I'm there, not sure yet if I can make it. Have fun!

Yea I’ll post it. Stock market is fine so far with the anticipation of a Trump presidency. I’m more worried for friends and family who have to deal with the supposed mass deportation and the anti trans BS going on. Wild to think that 20 years ago nobody gave a f about my trans friend existing and living his life and using the toilet and now it’s some culture war thing that conservatives apparently equate to sexual deviancy? Idk man, let people live their lives, especially the party of “don’t tread on me” and all that.
