I’m finally back with regular video updates! Since finishing DRACO, I’ve been busy working on my hangar. I get asked a lot about where I build my planes so today I’m giving you a tour! ALSO, I’m announcing my next build at the end of this video. Let me know what you think in the comments.
Remember to SUBSCRIBE! Or send to a friend that might want to follow along. I’ll keep adding videos of my new project plus more Draco content because it’s so fun to fly!

Money doesnt buy happiness A healthy and stable headspace and brain does. It all has to do with how you feel within and how you can express that outwards. Plus he works superhard to bring in money. Not everyone is blessed with a good brain. I have a decent one but nowhere near as good as mike's.

Mike, I'm not at all jealous but anybody in their right mind would see that you have obviously done things right, worked really smart and hard and your living the dream. My passion in life was fine woodworking and I was fortunate enough to have worked in 17 countries for the world's financial elite and had a crew of 68 of the best finish carpenters I could ever ask for, there was nothing we couldn't do as a team !! We did the finish carpentry on a 136 acre Georgian Colonial estate 1986-1989 in So. Calif. for a retired 3 star general that has the #4 Car collection in the world. We built a 22,000 sq ft museum then our client (I don't name drop) immediately had us add another 22,000 sq ft because he had more cars than space ! Keep up the great work, your amazing !!

@MikePatey, Thanks for taking us along another great Aviation Community Journey! Two suggestions: 1) We know Draco cost a chunk o' change and the goal with Scrappy is to re-purpose materials on the low-cost end, what about posting a running total of input cost as you make this new build? Scrap metal has a monetary value. 2) As an experienced builder, any "builder tips" you want to throw at us as you go would be awesome!

Mike, I really enjoy your videos. Inespecially like the one where your wife imitates you and the were your son made the battery power packs so you could test your components. Please include them in this build. You and all the flying Cowboys have been such an inspiration for me. It's been 23 years since I last flew. Last Saturday I stop by the local airport and picked up a package of information to get current. Yesterday I got my medical. Spent the last two nights watching KZbin videos on airspace. I'll be back in air soon. This has been a long time dream of mine and I'm sure I would have done it even if I hadn't found your channel but you, Trent and all the flying Cowboys have inspired me to pick up the pace.

Mike, have followed you for years. Got to see Draco fly several times, amazing. If you opened your hanger for a BBQ it would be another OSHKOSH. You would have to have a NOTAM to get into your airport so many of us would be on your door step and never want to leave. Go for it, I would fly from anywhere and sleep under my plane if I simply got to hang our at your place for a day. It would be killer.
