I do fine with the fruiting blocks I make, but I have a hard time beating contamination when running monotubs. Always end up with green mold at the edges, I think from to much condensation maybe?

No, condensation would have nothing to do with it. Somewhere trich spores are making their way into your monotubs. It’s really common.

Im wanting to try the Dino Soil Donkey Substrate. They say it closely resembles that of horse manure, could you try that it your next soil experiment!! Thanks for the kind words! Glad to have you on board. Twisted Tree makes great products, you'll be very happy with them! Drippy corn tek works great because mycelium loves sugar! I've been adding dextrose powder to my grain for a long time! Same concept, just a purer form of corn sugar :)
