I'm Back!

I’m sorry I’ve been gone so long. I’ll be back next week with a sketchbook tour, and then I will get back to painting.

I’m so happy to see you back! You’re always in my thoughts and prayers. Visualize yourself recovering and see yourself walking and getting around without any problems. Like the Lions, the visualize making that touchdown, catching and running that pass, winning the game. You can visual doing yourself exercising, walking seeing your body heal and gain strength. It’s amazing how it works. You’re an amazing, strong and beautiful young woman! I’m here cheering you on and praying as you heal. Water: One idea is keep the water pipes warm in the winter. Could be difficult and would be expensive. Or, You could get a Primo Water dispenser probably for less than $300. You’ll have hot water for tea, tap water for painting and cold for summer! In addition to your painting, I would love to see your sweaters and sketchbooks💕 Take care, love Fran

Good to hear that you're starting to get on top of the health issues, Sharon. Hopefully you'll have a smooth recovery (even if it takes a while). Great job on the sweater, by the way - I have a sweater that my grandmother knitted me several decades(!) ago when I was still in England. Unfortunately she got the size a little on the large side so I haven't often worn it, but I haven't the heart to throw it out, so I keep it mainly as a nice memory of her (she passed a little over 30 years ago). Good luck to your Lions lads on Sunday - after they beat my local side (Tampa Bay) I wanted them to win the whole thing so we could at least say that we were beaten by the eventual winners. Oh, and finally, congratulations on your forthcoming 'grannyhood' - I can see those knitting needles getting a lot of wear and tear producing a stream of baby clothes :-) Best wishes, Brian.

Ha you’re absolutely right on the knitting! And if your sweater is wool, try dampening it and put it in the drier on heat for a bit watching it every few minutes and it may shrink to the right S Sunday will be a tough game. We are definitely at the disadvantage. We have never gone to a Super Bowl, ever so I really want it to happen. 🙏🤞

Welcome back! Ironic, I’m knitting my very first sweater as I’m watching this video. Would love to see your sweaters. Congratulations about your new granddaughter! I have two little grandsons ages 2 & 4. I just wanted to be called grandma but Gaga is what they could say 😂. So I’m Gaga LOL. I love it. Its so fun. I’ve painted a series of dinosaurs for the 4 year old and I’ve recently made matching Detroit Lions fleece shorts for them and my son. Go Lions!!!

My grandaughter calls me “Granny”, which I have always liked, lol. She is 14, and I am still Granny. I was 56 when she was born. She and I are best buddies, very close.
