Soooo looking forward to this book. On the daily I search out your videos for inspiration! My mom would've loved it. She passed away a few months ago from a progressive autoimmune disease, but she went WFPB vegan four years prior (after my constant prodding :)) and it dramatically slowed the progression and got her off nearly all her medications! When I visit home, it's amazing to see the transformation of her pantry/kitchen. She LOVED your "seriously best tofu scramble" and always had a 32 oz. wide mouth jar of the spice/nooch mix on hand. I loved it, too, and follow in those footsteps! Your content is amazing. I always appreciate your warm and colorful nature, your approachability, and the thoughtfulness and creativity you put into your channel. And as another aside, I was STOKED when you did the Mezze vid and e-book. Mezze and small plates are my fave way to eat, and some of the best flavors out there! I pre-ordered your book, and will pre-order a second copy to give away in honor of my mom, since she's not around to gift it to--though I am convincing my dad more and more to get off meat, and he's seeing major changes in his life, too. He's new to cooking. :)

You had me at Bonus Content - smile. Seriously, this has helped my daughter and I. We went vegetarian a year ago and found only complicated recipes. So while we occasionally add an egg or cheese as a substitute to your recipes, we rarely have to because they just don't need to be tampered with to be tasty. You make these recipes easy to follow and the prep videos are exceptionally helpful for us busy working folks. You even have my United States Marine Corps - heavy meat eater from the South - eating up these delicious meals without always adding meat. THAT has been amazing and only because they are so flavorful and easy to follow. You have done a very good job and I am sure your parents are very proud of you. Thank you for not making being healthy - hard!
