A game changer for me was doing more frequent shorter walks over the whole day instead of getting my daily steps "over with". In both cases, I'm getting a lot of steps. But with a few long walks you wind up sitting more overall. Now I'll do a 45 min to start my day, then a few 30 min walks over the next 6hrs or so, and then a few more 15-20 min walks after that. Energy wise I feel like I'm working way less. But digestion, energy levels, and fat loss has been really stable/consistent. Plus my lifting sessions are way stronger and I'm recovering well.

Lmao my problem is I take diet breaks about every 3-4 days 😂 This is coming at the right time because I've been inconsistent with my diet for a long time and I'm curious to see how much I can lose in a month, w/o going too low in cals of course. Will definitely be following along!
