Remember that the baseball swing is maintaining the lever to drop the handle towards the ball, to increase the bat speed, while golf is all about using the longer reach with consistent timing for the club head speed to increase with the flexibility in shaft. That is why you’re comfort to right field.

@@9Dimmitt just trying to point out why they say golf can hurt a good baseball swing. That change in action decreases the amount of time the barrel of the bat stays in the power point of the hitting zone. So you can produce power, line to line, instead of right center to left center field. Swing at the same pitch. Also keep weight closer to the body for quick adjustments.

@@rickhahnn395 if you watch Albert’s approach to the plate, his pre-swing approach was always to focus on maintaining that wrist angle to keep the bat on plain with bat speed. Seems to work well enough to get someone into the hall of fame.
