Brother, you’ve got this. Everyone loves a David vs Goliath story. I’ll always root for the underdog that everyone has already written off before it even starts.

It’s wild seeing your physique change since some of your first videos 4 years ago, with all of this Murph and Hyrox training. Keep it up!

Honestly your one of the best hybrid athletes I have seen, you got this.

I don't think you've done much research on hybrid athletes...

You never know. Elijah has shown the commitment & tenacity to go for his goals, including his goal in beating his competitors. We’ll have to see.

Awesome to see a more long form video on your Hyrox training! Would be nice seeing a full day balanceing the training with work and on your diet during the block. I love your transition to being a more well-rounded athlete, I can't wait for more. I am building back from my runner's knee injury after 12 weeks of no running, so seeing you go at it in your content is amazingly motivating for me, and just what I needed thank you! 😊

The problem is that Nick's has a crazy strong running base and is on gear. Nick is also super lean and not extremely heavy. Plus Nick in terms of strength is much much stronger. This guy can probably run consistent times but he will get smoked on most of the stations. The best thing this guy can do is add strength and train station splits will keeping up the run splits and hope that Nick slows down. Nick is way to well balanced at the moment.

Pretty sure hyrox now has an anti-doping policy. Maybe he will get “randomly” tested. Problem solved….

Kinda weird piggy backing off his name for a whole series. Oh, and also, you ain't getting 56 mins and he's going to ruin you.

Bro just beat the person in the mirror. Nick isn’t trying to go out there and challenge people just like when he runs marathons. You’re setting/training yourself up for failure if all you want to do is beat Nick Bare.
@abolition18894 ай бұрын
I don’t see it that way. To be the best, you’ve got to beat the best. To say Elijah is setting himself up for failure just because he wants to beat Nick would be too much. Every athlete has to have the mindset going into every competition that they are indeed the best.
@FamousFella14 ай бұрын
@@abolition1889 Nick isn’t the best at Hyrox. It’s his first time doing it. When Elijah was running marathons he wasn’t saying I’m going to beat this person that person. He just set a goal and did it. I can understand it for the clicks and views for the channel, just feel he’d still get the same viewership from real fans rather than having a battle.
@abolition18894 ай бұрын
@@FamousFella1I get your point, but specifically saying that by wanting to beat Nick he’s setting himself up for failure, that by itself implies that Elijah can’t do it right?

Bro it's just a friendly competition for more views. He even got nick to comment on the first episode. don't take it too seriously it's just youtube
