Nah bro, I love you but this ain't about you: using tragedy as a means to self actualization...you might wanna think twice bro. It will inconvenience and complicate things further. Let's take an extreme scenario: you get hit by a Russian bullet and somehow that gets documented...lemme repeat: you, an American, gets hit by a Russian bullet. Have you considered the implications of that? Do you know how much of a headache that would be for National Security? Have counted the costs were you to get injured and you lost all your independent mobility? How would you get back home? I'm sorry, bro, but I think it would be best for you to stay out. Your intentions are indeed well meaning and noble, but you've got to check your optimism with a dash of realism too.
