I am autistic and have adhd and anxiety and panic has plagued me for as long as I can remember. It's a little easier with medication though. Before I even knew what I had, I discovered that nature was so healing to me. It was beautiful, peaceful and I could be myself in it. I discovered nature spirituality and forest bathing and I've never looked back. For sensitive people with anxious dispositions, it is truly magical. I adore this video thank you for speaking out and sharing. I wish I could find a stream like that inbetween the trees! It's beautiful.

I've lived with Anxiety, Panic disorders and Depression my entire life and I agree with you...the greatest calming force is to surround yourself with beautiful Mother Nature. Being by the sea or in the countryside, it is healing balm for the soul. Beautiful, touching video. 💜

So inspiring sharing your journey. Nature is a healer, but living in cities in modern society really makes it even more difficult to deal with anxiety disorders ! Take care 🤍

I just want to share that many times, health issues from heavy metals and mold toxicity to parasites (most people have too many of these and do not know it) can lead to depression and anxiety. Your art is beautiful as are the scenes within this video and some of your words ring true to me. I have to add that the Creator of all of this beauty within nature also gives a peace that passes understanding when we rest within the shadow of the most High. I must lean on this Rock that is higher than I which holds steady amidst the storms of life with a sure anchor that leads to an ethereal breathtaking world beyond which I pray to see one day if I will only claim His holy blood to carry me there which fully compensates for my imperfections and failures. He offers this to all and I pray to always find refuge beneath His wings as this world crumbles within the last pages of its history. 🙏 I hope to meet many a brother and sister there around the great banquet table and worship Him from one Sabbath to another on the 7th day which He says to remember. This day brings me a reprieve from the hectic life and a time to recharge within God’s second book which speaks of His intelligent design. It is not Sunday but Saturday, the seventh day that He tells us to remember, one that Constantine and the papacy sought to change and scripture warns of he who would seek to change times and laws. But the Sabbath has been such a blessing in being able come away from life’s burdens in keeping it holy and set apart. I’m grateful for the time with my Maker and His thoughtfulness of our need for such a break of daily toil and for the gift of fellowship, nature, and connection with Him and His people on this day. 🙏

Good for you for putting your artwork put there for sale! I like that you did so with no apology for doing so. It's not selling out. It's making something you love and finding a way to support it financially.

Thank you for sharing your journey and nature based healing video. I always had the question, why are people living away from nature? David Abram says, talk to trees and stones like they are living being(animism), everything around us is extension of our bodies, supporting us, one whole body. Bill Plotkin's wild mind concept also helped me reconnect with nature. Zen Buddhism philosophy is also a good one. Resolution of childhood attachment trauma and other relational traumas(if any) accelerate the healing process and remove deep programming from childhood.

The way you describe nature is so beautiful. You’re videos are poetic, I love the way you can describe intricate details of nature and your own feelings and discoveries, it is such a beautiful gift. You’re words alone are so poetic it’s like I’m there with you experiencing the same discoveries. Your words brought me to tears. I wish I had that gift for language. Thank you for sharing this. :)
