Winter can be so difficult; long, dark days, cold weather keeping us indoors, and that feeling like you just want to stay in bed. I struggle with seasonal depression, as I know many do. This year, I decided to take some holistic approaches to caring for my mind, body, and spirit this winter to ease my seasonal depression. I'd like to share with you the tips that helped me combat depression and learn to really enjoy this season and all it's beauty. I hope this video helps you find a little happiness in your day 🤍
