I used to want to find the right man so bad. I ended up in toxic relationship after toxic relationship. The last man was extra toxic, saying things to me like, "You're so desperate for a relationship." It disgusted me when he said that. I dumped him and blocked him. How dare he say that to me when I was treating him with nothing but love. Disgusting. I wasn't desperate for any relationship, I was simply looking for the right man and he wasn't it. I have been single for over a year since him, so much for "desperate". Homeboy has probably been in a relationship faster than me. I LOVE BEING ALONE AND SINGLE. I don't even want to date another man. I got myself a kitten and ever since then, I havent even wanted to date. I am waiting for the right time when god sends me the right man, and I won't force a square into a round hole until that happens anymore.

TRUTH! I learned the hard lesson of that. Now, I can’t wait for “me” time. I see the VALUE in that. Too many times I gave my time and energy to the wrong people. Loneliness will definitely take more than a day off your life. Scientific evidence shows that loneliness is equivalent to your health to smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. If you don’t have a partner make sure you spend more time around positive family members and friends.💕

Once i let myself to be by myself most of my free time (which i regularly spent with others) it was so uncomfortable, but then it started clearing my mind/life and made me realize the difference between feeling alone (with people) vs being alone (comfortably)

A good way to deal with loneliness is notice how things go when you’re in company with someone. Like for example, a person who feels lonely actually runs people off. And running people off is a sign that you’re not really lonely and is just all in your mind. That you are really happy alone and don’t know it.

I used to love solitude. My life so hectic. But now. It’s lonely. Thank you for really like women and understanding what we go,through. And yes, I’ve lowered my standards and find myself in narcissistic situations. I was married to the king of narcissism, along with gaslighting, and destruction of all I love, my health and ability to perform my well paid career. But the men I’ve dated seem like amateurs. And I just shrug it off. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that they’re just less clever, wealthy narcissists. But where does that leave me.

Excellent advice in getting to the root of the problem. Luckily I love and crave time alone. Too many distractions, and I can't get things done mentally and physically. Corona virus was devastating for many that suffer loneliness. It really can get deadly so we need to check in on the ones we love. I love your videos, they've helped in so many ways. That is such wisedom to learn from your loneliness. I tried to push it away in all posible ways but no matter what I did I still felt lonely and disconnected from people. Finally, I started to just feel and analyse it in therapy and by myself and even though I still constantly feel lonely I don’t let it to consume me nor define me.

Preach, Minister MJ....Preach! Some folks feel they just "can't" be alone. To be to themselves. Always gotta have people around them. What is that about? I have moments of loneliness from time to time ...not going to like about that. However, to have the WRONG people around you? To have folks around you JUST to have them around or having folks around you to "pass the time" ??? Unh uhhhh....you will wind up alone..and by yourself..all over again.
