Tenants performance in doctor who was amazing and he captured the hearts of the nations. But, honestly no one appreciates the man behind it all, the wonderful Russell T Davies. He bought us episodes that were explosive and dramatic like Journeys end, but also had a subtle side with episodes like midnight. In the episode midnight there was a cast of less than 10, no actual physical monster, but RTD made it work and it was one of the most scary/ captivating episode of doctor who to date.

Yet some how (as much of a risk it was considering all the ways it could have failed) it came out a complete success. (Sure Satan pit was scary but we could actually see the creature unlike Midnight where it just possessed sky and stole the Doctor's voice.

I like 11 more as a character but I think 9 and 10 did have better episodes then 11 I just started 12 so I haven't really made a full judgment on him I've only watched his first two episodes but so far I actually really like him

The 10th Doctor changed my life and is a major contributor to who I am today. he was the best doctor there has and ever will be. The craziest and most cheerful doctor in the whole galaxy from London England to the Medusa cascade. He is my type of doctor.

I completely agree. He has so much depth to him, that if you think about it, truly makes him the most human doctor. People always say we love the 10th doctor because hes handsome, but really they just dont understand. Everyone who loves the 10th doctor loves him because, sadly, they relate to his pain. This regeneration dealt with so much pain. He was the last regeneration to think all of his family is dead, he lost so many of his friends, made so many mistakes, got into so many close calls, hid his true emotions so much, that when Wilfred got himself trapped into that small room, he saved him, saying, "Lived too long." Then, he went and saw all of his friends for the last time, because he knew he would never talk to them again, and he even visited Rose a few weeks/months before she first meets him as the 9th. (Side note- ever wonder why at first she doesnt believe that 10 is the real doctor? Maybe because of him looking at her one last time before he regenerates? She maybe remembered that face and thought it was someone else..) The 10th doctor is the doctor that sadly, to love him, you have to relate to him.

Almost three weeks ago I started watching Doctor Who. I've known about this video but I refused to watch it until I was all the way finished with Ten's Era. I just said farewell to David Tennant as the Doctor tonight, and this video could not have done him more justice. I see myself in Ten more so than any of the Doctors, so Ten in particular is very special to me. Thank you for making such a perfect tribute to Ten, the song choice could not have been better.

I started with the Christopher Eccleston Doctor and liked him, but then I saw David. And honestly, no one else compares. No other Doctor has made me feel every single emotion throughout their run, sometimes all in one episode. In the third episode when he says goodbye to Sarah-Jane and K-9 I was in tears, and then instantly began laughing again at the start of the following episode. While the other Doctors have unique querks and are all good in their own way, the 10th Doctor is by far the greatest one of all. Thank you, David Tennant

After a while I finally started looking up doctor who edits for the tenth doctor when I knew I could take it, and when I watched this it brought tears to my eyes and the tenth doctor will always be my favorite and I will never feel less emotional for losing him. When he had to regenerate I had to pairs and cry my eyes out, because I didn't know how it could be the show without him. David Tennant did such a wonderful job portraying this character. And even now thinking about it, I miss this doctor. He was defiantly my favorite and I am now going to go back and re watch these seasons. Even though I know this will make me more emotional than needed. This was beautiful, thank you for making it. And thanks to whoever read this for putting up with it, just needed to vent my tenth doctor feels 😂😂

Russel T Davis is the writer I grew up with through the show, along with Ten being my Doctor. I think because of that it'll always be hard for me to accept the new episodes. I liked Eleven a lot, even if it was quite different to Ten's era, but I've completely given up on Twelve. I remember when I sat down to watch the new season after Eleven regenerated and was just.. disappointed. My family thought I might have grown out of it, but when I went back and rewatched all the old episodes I felt the same emotions I've always felt by growing up with the show. It just isn't the same anymore, but I'm excited to see where the BBC will take it with Jodie Foster. Though, I just wish RTD still wrote for the show.
