Just stock. High stall cars just slip all the time and heat up the trans. Or at least they used to. I’d avoid it unless it was a pure race car as it’ll suck driving on the freeway with your trans slipping.

@@tavonrice1935 and when you build an engine to handle power like that it doesn't mean it'll go 50k miles it only means you'll go a 1/4 mile at a time and stay together but only for so long. And when it blows which it will it'll cost you 30-40k to get it up and running again. You want to put 40k down in a car that might last 10 passes be my guest. Smart money is get it cheap and make it mostly stock and sell off the stuff you don't need.

@@garysgarage.2841 bro you start with less numbers doing a 5.7 no matter what it’s not going to be a way to cheap out that power you get a hellcat if you want a easy reliable 1000hp or a 6.4 if you want to run nitrous or actually put time into building, a 5.7 starts at hideously low numbers and even with a supercharger only gets you about 550 whp before you need to do sum work 600 on 6.4s on the 5.7 I don’t think the crank even comes forged

Lol I’m good with more money. I’m not really In the used car market but modified shit never adds value to a car. A 2019 scat is 2 years newer. Mine is low mileage 2017. 40k seems reasonable it’s not worth 50k+ unless you want to add significant value to the modifications. You should but that concept limits your market significantly. If I tried to sell it for 50k+ I’d be trying to sell it for the next 5 months and it would take significant effort. I’ve driven the car maybe 2k miles in the last 2 years most of those miles were to the shop and shit. I’m over it more I’m hard up for an extra 10k.

from a LOGICAL standpoint, I wonder if you could go back in time, and change any of this, would you do it? Looking at all the money you put in this car, to now getting rid of it, because yes life does change us all....From the start why not just have bought a HC? If credit or money was the issue, why not just wait until the correct time. Now as you know you wont get a fraction of all the money you put into the car, as you look for a buyer, so you still kind of loose somewhat... Logic and long term thinking ALWAYS wins the race!!!
