When he walked up to my car he told me go get my @$$ in his car, so I thought that meant the back seat where I belonged LOL. So that's where I went.......The problem is he had an AR15 sitting on his backseat, which I didn't see until I sat on it 😬! He immediately yelled (with a little fear or excitement in his voice it was shakey) to get in the front (explicative) seat. It was later i realized that he realized if the wrong guy would have made my mistake it could have been a really bad day for the OHP........Little bird just happened to be hovering above us with the spot light directly on us. Anyways, showed up in court in uniform and asked for the defensive driving course since I was a first time defender and paid $440 which the judge approved. Basically, I made it out with a slap on the wrist! Fun times. This was literally the night before I started Airman Leadership school/Noncommisioned Officer School....The outcome could have been REALLY bad for my entire career.....I got lucky that night.

Those 35d BMW's are beasts, i used to have a 2013 335d x drive individual m sport (which you dont get over in the states sadly) that car was a rocket

If you ever think your job is unimportant, remember that some guy in Germany is installing turn signals into BMWs.

Stop at the semi truck diesel pumps. They flow higher GPM and can possibly save minutes over a few stops

In 1991 I took my brand new VW GTi from Boca Raton Florida to Rock Point Long Island in 12 hours and 38 minutes, no bad for that car and I hit NYC rush hour. One of these day I will do the Cannonball run and set the record because if you're not first you may as well be last. Love these Cannonball stories Ed!

One day never comes… Rent a car for a week, throw in some extra fuel tanks and go before you’re in a nursing home hoping “one day” to remember your dentures before you sit down at the breakfast table…

Psssstttt... When approaching a stale red light at night time (and no oncoming traffic), slow down & FLASH YOUR HIGHBEAMS QUICKLY & ERRATICALLY from a distance. Unless the traffic sensor is in the ground, it will likely change. 😉

@@monunyabidness5949 thank you for your comment. Public data shows 68% commute by car in germany (2020 data)! Love how Diesel Car just deliver such times😮

I feel like this is one of the best and purest CB runs in a long time. He deserves the title Bandit until someone else beats his solo record. 🤠
