I'm Speechless.... | Yorushika Reaction/First Impression

In this video, I reacted to the very popular Japanese artist, Yorushika. I actually knew nothing about her before this video, so this is my first time listening to her music! And like I expected, I enjoyed her songs a lot. Hopefully you'll enjoy this video :)

Interesting reactions, man. I like your perspective on the lyrics. I discovered Yorushika based on a KZbin recommendation while listening to Aimyon videos. The composer n-Buna is a former vocaloid producer, one of many who seem to have switched to using a real vocalist. I can’t blame him for using suis since her voice is fire. N-buna plays the guitars and does the occasional backing vocal. The rest of the instruments are played by session musicians (I think). You should take a moment to look at the Japanese vocalist Ado. She is 18 and a recent high school graduate. Her voice is unbelievable and she is working with some top producers like Supercell. She has done a bunch of vocaloid covers, including a recent cover of the iconic “Love is War” originally sung by vocaloid Hatsune Miku. I’d also be interested in your reaction to Ado’s song “Usseewa”.

I just discovered this channel and I can already tell I'm gonna like it. +1 sub And yeah I'd definitely be watching another yorushika reaction. And as someone else pointed out, Album 2 and 3 are connected and tells this amazing and emotional story. That's why I gave up on music is the last song of the first album, as the protagonist in that album (Amy) never makes music again. Album 2 follows a girl (Elma) who he met while traveling around Sweden, as she goes to the same places as Amy did, only to find his guitar case left at the docks in the final song of album 2, Nautilus. Would recommend listening to, well, basically every song by Yorushika. As you said they are all very different while you can still recognize their style. Their music is also of the happy-sounding, but lyrics that are very symbolic and depressing. For example, Spring Thief ends with "Two more flowers are left now it seems One last flower remains in the trees Now the flowers have turned into leaves The storm of spring now gone with my memory" While I'm not completely sure, I feel like the leaves represent either time or people, and the lyrics indicate how their time has ran out

Great reaction brother. In the song Hitchcock the girl asking her Sensei "what should I do next?", "What should I do in life" and stuff like that is because she's about to die after few days and she's got now answer as to how her life should be from thereon. Anyways, just wanted to give you this information and also yorushika has released 4 albums as of now and 2nd and 3rd albums are story related..like both of those albums have two protagonists namely Elma and amy and both the albums follows the story of those two. do check both the albums out. Also, do checkout my personal favourite songs by yorushika "flower and badger game", "plagiarism", "rain and cappuccino", they're fucking bangers.
