Dealing with the same issue, started 2 IT jobs this week to give myself a choice...now I have to choose.

@@ohmsspark7711 dropped one and kept the other. Longer hours now but the job is doable. They seem harder than they used to be, most companies are making up for 2020 and 2021 it seems lol.

Setting your own perimeters is usually a lie, down the road. Job creep happens and they box you in, and start taking that flexibility from you OR they get short of help and it becomes your duty to fill in
