Be careful when eating the fried bangus. Even if they deboned it, there's still many little bones on the sides. Great you're eating with your hands. Maybe later, watch videos on how to eat with your hands the right way. No need to look up & let the food drop into your mouth. The technique is to squeeze the food between your 4 fingers, like a ball, & push the food into your mouth using the thumb.

You'll gonna enjoy it better eating with bear hands. But don't forget to wash your hands thoroughly before eating. The experience of having to eat your food with your fingers and palms will feel aunthentic and organic. It will make the experience of eating into the next level. And it is also meant to be eaten with somebody (usually with families, friends or comrades). Sharing stories, thoughts and laughs while eating together is one of the things Filipinos most enjoy.

For me personally I am Nepali. Eating with my hands means tasting the food with your fingers. I think wearing gloves will take away from the experience. It's like having sex with and without a condom. The difference is literally "life changing." Pun intended.
