Awesome girl! So Question, has the pao stopped the hip pain you felt pre op? How dysplastic was your hip and do you need a pao on the other one?

Was the surgery worth it and did it take away all of your pain? I have extreme pain and have an appointment with my second surgeon to see if i need a pao surgery. I’ve had a labral repair and an impingement corrected but i cannot do anything now without having pain. I wake up some mornings crying bc of how much it hurts.

I am seeing my surgeon this Friday to discuss hip arthroscopy and possible pao. I'm a nervous wreck. I heard so many bad outcomes about arthroscopy. Have you tried the faifix program?
