2 cups of rice
3 cups of water
4 avocados
About 20 nori sheets
4 cups of carrots
4 big potatoes
2 cucumbers
4 cups of mushrooms
1 cup of tamari sauce
4 lemons
1 serrano pepper
Rice vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Bamboo mat

hi I've been vegan for my whole life 53 years. this is bringing me back to my twenties when I lived in a neighborhood with lots and lots of Asian grandmothers who would have nothing to do with me except for at 5 a.m. in the summer stealing for my vegetable garden! LOL I'd knock on the window and they got their aprons good and full and I drop everything and go running. The funny thing is I told their grandkids that they were very welcome to come over and I would give them anything they wanted but they chose this deal so I chose to knock on the window at the last minute and scare the crap out of them. but one afternoon with my delivery wagon I had layers of board covered in sushi rolls like you have all vegan but they didn't notice that and I had other Asian dishes like homemade potstickers Etc but it was all visible because it was covered with clear wrap and it was stuffed I mean it was layer after layer in the back and these women went crazy and pointed at me and put their hand on my chest that you you did this? When I said yes nodded my head then they loved me. it was a great moment in time because usually I was out of the house so fast and it was always at odd times of the day but luckily they were out for their walk together and there was about 8 of them. so we all became friends and they brought me goodies and I gave them vegetables out of my garden. Good memories and good job this is the first time of me seeing your videos. Well my first video! thanks for keeping the tradition and definitely with your own flare! VidsandQuids actually I would wait till they were pretty much full and then I tap on the window really hard with my hand and they drop everything and run like hell! I had told their grandchildren who spoke a hundred percent English they grew up here since they were babies and they knew that they could come to me and I would give them vegetables but they chose to steal so I chose to wait till they're sweaty little Palms had their aprons full and then pounded on the window so they dropped and ran! It just so cracks me up like I don't know who they are it was a small neighborhood. I just love the fact of seeing so much food in one place I used to cook for thousands all by myself back before vegan food was even in grocery stores hardly it was quite the Endeavor. I'm glad to see that young people are still doing it and doing it well. For some reason I just found you the algorithms finally sent you into a suggestion to me. So glad to find you. And glad to tell you a funny little story. so take care and I'm looking forward to more videos. I'm still an incredible vegan chef raw and cooked but I was exposed to a huge amount of chemicals without being told for a long period of time. causing thyroid cancer that has spread. I will not agree with the doctors and remove my thyroid I have help people my whole life cure cancer through food and Whole Food supplementation. I'm just extremely poor because of a wicked family stealing everything and all that was mine. And most of the people in my life have passed away so there's really nobody to help me. So I'm starving literally which is amazing because I cooked for thousands all by myself without a Helper and delivered it and half the time was serving it because I needed to talk to the people and also people took advantage of me back then. I was very young and just afraid to stand up for myself as far as money and time spent. but I was famous at the time at least in my area California or Oregon. And even in some other states because of holidays and people eating my food on holidays I would sell my version of Thanksgiving food and Christmas food every year. So people would come home for the holidays and then they try to get me to send it to them and I wasn't about to because if they got sick I would be in some hot water I wasn't set up for that it started with just a group of friends who work someplace and couldn't find any vegan food for lunch and spread out into a huge thing and then went downhill because of my health and an evil family. but I did not talk to you to talk negative. I just thank you for carrying on the tradition of Common Sense , humor eating right. and keeping vegan food fun beautiful and delicious!

Will you upload a clip showing you on the show or at least provide a link? I loved the video though. I love all the sushi videos. I'm always open to innovative ideas for sushi. Sea vegetables is the best way next to vegetable/herb broth to get the most nutrients in your body the fastest (even though I know your channel is not about health, you still show the tastiest ways to get the most healthful foods in a human body).
