These dessert platters are a great way to wow your guests without committing to making a full tiered cake! I deconstructed my baklava cake and created it's elements, added some store bought items and two new recipes, and here we go! My first Cake Board! The most important question remains however. Do I call them Cakecuterie boards or Charcakerie boards?

I just celebrated Diwali last week. The plating of the honey cakes looked so much like burfis. The whole plate looked like the Diwali platter from last week, down to the brass/pewter colored plate. I am salivating.
