If this is your first League a good tip is always take a form of a clue relic. This year we got blessed with 2. Always play what you think youll have the most fun with. There is no wrong choices. Ive got an alt account that went axe/boots/mushroom/equilibrium/production master/total recall/specialist with Kandarin/wilderness/asgarnia with t6 magic. You can do it brother

Yeah I definitely screwed myself by not taking one, but it is what it is. I still had fun and definitely know for the next time now

Generally speaking clues, combat achievements, and early game focused relics are all really good for early points and most players. Since most players aren't going for top 100/200 and a decent chunk of players drop off, this usually means early game scaling relics (golden god over equil as an example) are usually better value unless you can play everyday with a decent amount of hours.

Yeah that makes sense. I am definitely not going for Dragon rank or anything lol, I am just hoping I have enough points on the table left without doing a million clue scrolls to get all or close to all of the relics

This is personal. For me it's picking late game relics that prevents me from burning myself out within one week.

Honestly don't even think its that bad, I do think not picking GG or reloaded into dodgy is going to hurt you a bit though.

Do you say GG cause of the prayer aspect of it?

@Mmkay21269 the money just solves a lot of skills. Magic, prayer, smithing, crafting,construction, fletching.

I picked reloaded with agility and herblore. Early game is slower but money comes eventually and then agility is solved, which is worth imo. Early game relics would just burn me out

@@Mmkay21269 Yeah it's my second highest skill only behind ranged and whenever I'm *really* struggling for cash, I can get money off rooftops. It's apparently a very unpopular choice to go reloaded and not have dodgy deals, but it's working fine for me

dang man, ngl you made some choices that puts you in the minority, still early, you could probably make a new account and have more fun learning from your mistakes.....for example like you said nobody wants to sit around and do clues during leagues but clue compass makes it so fun bc you can do soooo many in a short amount of time....animal wrangler makes for ezpz 99 hunter/fishing/cooking which supplies your food for the entire league....golden god is also extremely fun bc it opens paths to so many different training methods and supplies you normally wouldn't obtain, dodgy deals is sick in prif with elves, 16m an hour and ezpz 99 smithing/crafting from the enh tele crystals

Haha I do have an ironman, I almost wanna start a new leagues on it just to try the stuff I didnt do specifically the clue compass. and yeah it was nice having the mining perk at the beginning, but now I wish I had the easy xp in the other stats. Im definitely gonna consider it

@ do itttt, it’s still early and with the starter guides out there you could get to a T4/T5 relic super quick…I came into the league thinking I would make a bad choice somewhere and would restart a new acct when it happened but thankfully I didn’t lol, didn’t take forager or overgrown and thought I might not be able to get any pots but luckily I’ve been able to sustain myself via bossing
