Great vid and insane animation. I particularly loved the part where the logo blurs when the product bounces up. As professional as it looked though, something about how long the logo stays stationary after that part bothered me a bit. I think I would’ve liked it more/found it more convincing if the logo moved with it again and disappeared behind while doing a spiral as it did the shrinking and growing for example. Obviously would’ve been a lot of work and more than you had time for but I’m thinking that; or something like it would’ve done well to keep the illusion going. Again, amazing work regardless and sorry for the minor nitpick.

7:18 Blender actually autosaves your project, so unless you turned it off you shouldn't need to worry much if Blender does crash. To access the autosave: Head to File and in the dropdown menu click "Recover". Another menu will open up, click "Auto Save" The file menu will open up with all recent autosaves, the most recent being at the top. Open that and your project will open to somewhere close to where you were up to. Blender by default autosaves every 2 minutes, however you can change this in the preferences menu.
@monkercize7708 Жыл бұрын
7:20 Fun fact, Blender actually creates autosaves every once in a while, so you don't have to redo your whole project. You can open these autosaves by going to, File, Recover, Autosave, and then open the latest file
@OfflineOffie Жыл бұрын
Someone has probably already said it, but you likely didn't lose more than 2 minutes of progress when your blender crashed! Blender has auto saves enabled by default and you can always recover even if you haven't yet saved the project for the first time! Blender always has your back!

7:15 you probably know this now, but in case you dont, and any other blender user who sees this, there is a recovery option for when it crashes, there is a built in auto save, that im not sure how it works, but sometimes it works and saves me after thinking i had lost hours of work when it crashed, though other times it isnt as useful just because however the autosave works idk. Its in the FILE submenu marked as RECOVER AUTO SAVE, i would suggest making sure you remember this, because sometimes it is an absolute life saver hahaha
