This unique French style Omelette will blow your taste bud away ❤️
[ Provençal Baked Omelette ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🍳 3 Slices of Bacon
🍳 4 Cheese Slices
🍳 1 Carrot
🍳 1 Squash
🍳 1 Eggplant
🍳 2 Egg
🍳 Salt and Black Pepper
🍳 Dried Oregano
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Cut cheese slice into half
2. Slice Carrot, Squash, Eggplant
3. Arrange the sliced ingredients into a cast iron in the sequence of, Carrot - Squash - Bacon - Cheese - Eggplant.
4. Season the eggs with salt and black pepper, then beat it.
5. Pour the egg mixture gently into the pan and over the ingredients.
6. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
7. Pop into the oven to bake for 30 ~ 35 minutes at 180°C.
