@Temp2390 You are right, Batman, and yet I am confused and I just don't get it. Nuzlocke Joe used one of the fishing rods on an area of water to catch Water Pokemon. Azurill is caught by a fishing rod meant for water Pokemon. It looks like a water Pokemon but isn't one, which makes no sense to me. What I am confused on is how can it look like a water type but isn't one and is captured by a fishing rod meant to capture said water type Pokemon? I have no idea what the designers were thinking when adding the type to Pokemon. I think they should have just made Azurill a Water type (Since it looks like a Water pokemon) to avoid any confusion someone might have.

Could try a May run in the future? Add some extra padding by doing contests, and maybe try to make things a little harder by only giving each Pokemon moves of a specific contest category (Cute/Cool/Beauty/etc). Maybe do it in Ruby or Sapphire so you're actually traveling to the contest halls instead of Emerald where they're all done in Lilycove?

If I had to suggest a playthrough aside from one with Brock, a fire red run with Ash as an addendum run to parallel Gary's like you've done with Paul/Ash in Platinum would be nice too, and maybe the sevii islands being some sort of archipelago+ journey's could add more Pokémon into the run

Ye starmie is very good only one problem is power of starmie=tm if ypu get easy acces in game to stuff like ice beam , thunderbolt , dazling gleam. Starmie is beast especial later generation with stuff Like cosmic power , power gem . Still satrmie is my favorite Waters pokemon for this reason how much this pokemon Bring support on team .

Couple reasons. It’s easier/faster for me to play though gen 3 and 4 because I know them so well. And it’s a lot easier on my pc. Also, I’ve never actually played sword and shield, so I’m not sure what type of nuzlocke I should do for it.
