I gave my little sister an animal crossing themed Party last yeah and wrapped her present like a Balloon present too! 🎈 However they were having a helium shortage here, and i couldn't find any anywhere! So i bought one of those stick balloons, and took off the balloon part and ties a red balloon on it instead, it worked great too! ❤️
