I really hate being this guy, but at 6:02 it appears that you have extended the draw distance. Could you tell me if that's part of the mod or if you tweaked it? I've tried extending the draw distance with V Graphics Update 2 and distant terrain, and buildings are white.

Absolutely love the actual attempt instead of blasting the game with rainy graphics mods. I usually don't care for this stuff but I think the video would have benefitted from a higher resolution in order to enjoy the work better. I'd like to see something similar for GTA IV to be honest, a serious attempt to modernize the visuals is something that isn't really usually done on YT. Amazing accent and vibe btw.

You did such a great job, but why not upload the game already with all the mods installed? Whenever I start installing the mods, I get to a point where the game crashes, and then I don't know what is causing that. I can't install other mods and have to start from the beginning.
