a little TIP to make rolling out your dough easier: you can first roll it out and fit inside the tart dish and THEN refrigerate. And by putting it directly from the fridge to the preheated oven you really get the crispiest result. Otherwise it looks super yummy and beautiful :)

That was amazing! Thank you Inga for the great video. After watching some of the "chefs" from that Bon Appetit channel and then seeing your video, I realize that KZbinrs are much better a producing video than mainstream content creators. It might have something to do with the fact that they have a crew to do everything for them and when they have to set up cameras, microphones, adding music to the background, these "personalities" are just lost. I also wanted to compliment you on your excellent use of Boca (sorry if I misspelled) in your video.
