Fellow half German here, thank you for the sandwich ideas!!! Never thought of making my own Dönermeat, interested to try! Some places also use a panini press for their Döner, which imo makes them taste extra good but places that do that are rare and usually use Fladenbrot as it is, ifywim. Idk if you‘ve made a video on wraps already, but a Lahmacun or a çigköfte Wrap would be an awesome recipe to show.

No spicy red sauce on your Döner? When the red sauce and the garlicky yogurt sauce mix, they create a great flavor combo. That mix of those two sauces was my favorite part of the Döner when I was still eating meat. Maybe you can give us a recipe for the red sauce and redo your Döner?

I think vegan food can often seem complicated and vegan people can often want things to be more pure, straightforward and simple. Nothing is more simple than a sandwich (unless it’s a really complicated one) I think any carefree and easy food fits some of the channel themes too, so it’s a solid area for everyone.
