First of all, excellent video as usual. You guys look very good together. I made my guess on your countries of origin and I was not that far. I thought Bill's accent was either from Italy or Greece. Egypt is close to these two countries even though their culture is different. As for Maria, I thought she was Cuban (I'm Cuban) and again, Ecuador has a different culture but both countries are Spanish speakers. Hey man, for a couple of weeks I've been following your content. I liked it very much and appreciate the work you are doing. In one of the videos, you have mentioned that negative working capital is also a good sign for the company given efficient AR collections and better terms with AP. My question is if AR collection is efficient then it will reflect in the cash balance. Hence, unless cash collected from AR is utilized for general corporate purposes/ Capex, negative working capital is not a good sign.

hello sir, Thanks for the amazing contents you placed here for free. it's a blessing for sure. I leaned a lot more effective things here than my 5 year of university education on finance. Can you please do a video on how to find dividends and its proportions by looking at a public company's financial statements. I heard it can be found on statements of stockholders equity and somewhat in cash flow statements too. but I am struggling to find it and proportions from looking at the published pdf files. I am stock price analyst and dividends plays a crucial roles on stock prices. Unfortunately my university taught me zero to no knowledge on how to locate intentions of a company on dividends by looking at their financial statements. Thanks again and good luck on the channel

I am going to start in a new career path after working a decade in payroll/bookkeeping. I have a major in business management administration so no accounting degree. Looking towards the contoller route. My new job i will be a staff accountant and work under a controller who is not cpa certified. What is your suggestion? Maybe get 1 year experience as staff accountant than go from there? If so, what is an ideal job title i should aim for? Maybe assistant controller and work under a certified cpa? Whats your suggestion? Maybe go for my masters in MBA with accounting focus courses to qualify to sit for cpa exam? Or should i just take the necessary accounting required courses and sit for the exam?

work-wise I suggest you stay in this role long enough to learn what the controller is doing. remember it takes 10,000 hours to get really good at something. That's about 4 years. CPA-wise I'd go with masters in Accounting or MBA rather than just taking the credits alone.
