Making homemade ice cream is really very simple but it takes (when you don't have an ice cream maker) time for it to be ready to eat (usually overnight). Making ice cream in a jar changes everything! It's fast, it's less washing up, it's even creamier quickly and it's even more delicious. No need to mix every hour, the ice does not crystallize. Good tasting !
Ingredients :
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons hot water
3 tablespoons unrefined sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
250 ml full cream (1 cup)
