I just finished making this recipe and eating it. Oh my goodness. The collection of different sauces and the shitake mushrooms with the tofu is amazing. Wow. Im not vegan but my body is changing and can no longer digest certain meats well. Thank you kindly for sharing this dish. Most everything in this recipe was new to my palette and wow. I can't get over it. Thank you again.

@@aetherdivision I totally agree. In my opinion, I'm finding it easier to digest raw vegetables, cooked vegetables and salads. But finding what recipes to put together was the challenge until I saw this one. Thank you for your comment.

This looks absolutely incredible. I'm so glad to see how happy you are with your vegan lifestyle and surroundings. You are just so stunning and you have the most beautiful family. I'm on a veggie and protein diet (my brother is getting married in March) and I have almost all of these ingredients on hand. Do you think I can eat this without the noodles or without rice? Maybe I can add a tiny portion of whole wheat noodles? I've tried a few of your recipes and they've been so delicious and I really want to try this one. Maybe I can use shirataki noodles? Do you ever use them?

Congratulations to your brother! I just made this again tonight and added less noodles & extra bean sprouts! Super delicious!! If you want, you can omit the noodles completely and use enoki mushroom, zero-calorie noodles, or just extra veggies!
