Not rare at all. Good man and good women exist but only God can direct his people accordingly. Because of free will given to us by God...we rebel, make bad choices based on the lust of the flesh and the consequences is what is left on us to deal with...and some are so terrible and irreversible. He will never force us to do anything but if we trust and trust him we will reap the benefits of that.

I have a pastor's wife i know in Uganda she spend 15 years without having a child but God was so faithful to them , they now have a baby boy but they have never taken any herbs and never went through those medications The only thing they did is to cry unto Jesus People spoke words at the woman but she only took her worries to God and finally they have a bouncing baby boy glory to God ❤❤❤❤
