Correct me if I'm wrong, as English is not my native language, but I believe that from a purely grammatical standpoint there is no ambiguity. It would have to be "we *have solved* problems" for the "that no one has" to possibly refer to the solving of problems. Instead we have a simple present tense "we solve problems". Conversely with the present tense, you'd have to say "we solve problems that no one *did* (solve)" to refer to it. So the only possibility left is that "that no one has" refers strictly to problems.

So I just wanted to say to the people who don't manage to catch Doug on Twitch. I definitely recommend you follow him so you get notifications because the streams have a much different (and in my opinion better) energy than the videos uploaded on youtube.
